Niboshi are the dried anchovies we use in our dashi stock, prepped everyday and the most loved cap amongst our staff!
‘Hitotsu de jyubun desuyo!’ - a take on a quote from Blade Runner is embroidered on the back, Johnnienoodle’s favorite line which means ‘One is Enough!’
Cap is made from 100% organic cotton
