Senmaizuke, ‘thousand-slice pickle’, is a traditional Japanese pickle made from thinly sliced vegetables, kombu and chilli. Originating from Kyoto, but using locally grown produce, Omiyage brings this staple to your kitchen. These pickles are perfect on their own but also great companions to a bowl of rice, cold beer or even chopped into a salad.
